What are the dates of Point Break Live?
Point Break Live will run every Saturday from March 7th- May 30th
*All shows start at 6PM. Doors are 5PM.
What is the venue for the event?
Los Globos sits on the iconic Sunset Blvd in the heart of Silverlake,
one of Los Angeles favorite neighborhoods and a thriving arts
oriented community. Conveniently located just 5 minutes West of
Downtown LA and 5 minutes East of Hollywood, Globos is easily
accessible from anywhere in the city.
Since its grand opening in the mid 1930’s as LA.s first American Legion hall and for many generations that followed, Los Globos has proudly served the Los Angeles and Silverlake community. With unique late night entertainment it is one of the oldest LA night clubs still in existence today.
There will be a full bar available throughout the entire event.
Amenities include: Two floors, each with its own stage, four full bars, ample private VIP sections, and a sizable smoking patio. Each floor is equipped with a stage that can accommodate small to large national and international acts with a state of the art lighting and sound system.

Parking: There is ample street parking along Sunset Blvd as well as in the neighborhood surrounding the area.
There is also a lot beside the venue that charges $15.

Is there food at the venue?
Yes. There will be a $10 pizza buffett that will be set up before and during the show inside the venue.
Do you really pick Johnny Utah out of the audience
each night?
Actually no. The audience chooses him/her. Volunteers are
asked up on stage and after a short audition, which includes a test of t
heir physical prowess as well as their acting abilities. The audience
decides who they want to star in the show by making the most noise via
the KEANU WOAH-O-METER.
If its my friends birthday and I try to bribe you with
gnarley waves and hot babes, can you make sure
that he/she is chosen to play Utah on the night we
come?
Nope. Sorry. The audience has the final word. Whoever they make the
most noise for is who will get the role. If not we’ll have more issues than
a bank robbery gone awry.
Is it true that there will be fake blood, and water,
and who knows whatever else shot on the crowd
throughout the show?
Yes indeed!!! We can not be responsible for any of your belongings or
clothes that get damaged. If you get the poncho you will leave fairly
unscathed, but just leave the fancy duds in the closet for this dude. Its
too wild for that stuff anyway!!
Can I book out a private show for special events?
Of course. We can bring the show to you wherever you please, or you
can rent out the entire show at our venue. Our venues have many
options for open bar packages, and can cater to all of your needs.
